Returns Information

At The Workplace Depot, customer satisfaction is paramount. Should you find any of our items unsuitable, we’re here to assist. To process a return:

  1. Notify us on email of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt.
  2. We will provide you with a return document, for you to input the information of your order. This must be sent back to us on email.
  3. Please share return tracking information with us so we can track the receipt of the goods back to our warehouse.
  4. Ensure the item is sent back to us within 21 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and in its original packaging.
  • Items will be inspected upon return. If they meet our criteria, a refund will be issued.
  • If the item is not in a condition suitable for resale at full market price, no refund will be provided.
  • All returns require prior notification. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted by our warehouse.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's own expense. We do not organise the return of items.
  • Restocking fees of 20% will be applied for any return of goods from B2B sale.

Frequent Return Queries

How long do they take?

The time it takes to receive a refund depends on how your item is returned and what method you used to pay. Please note that all refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your refund.

For Faulty Items:

  • If any item that we deliver to you arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily replace or refund it.

For Damage in Transit or Incomplete Delivery:

  • Notification of damage in transit, incomplete or inaccurate delivery must be made in writing to the carrier within 3 days of delivery and to the Seller immediately. All Goods must be examined upon receipt, and any damage or discrepancy noted on the carrier’s sheet. The Seller will not be liable for any claim unless this procedure is followed.

For Faults Found After 30 Days:

  • If a fault is discovered after 30 days from delivery, you still have the right to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act. We will require images of any reported damage and may inspect the item in the home to assess whether it should be repaired or replaced.
