Common Questions
We hope you're happy with your item(s), but if you need to return one, you can:
- Request a return by emailing hello@theworkplacedepot.co.uk. Please include your order number.
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Arrange your own return via any national courier to our warehouse.
- Goods must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
By original condition we mean:
- Original packaging is intact and in good condition.
- The product has not been used.
What can't be returned:
- Purchases received over 30 days ago
- Items opened or unsealed (unless to inspect)
- Items without the original packaging
- Items or packaging in poor condition
- Products modified/made or cut to your own specifications
If you return products which are outside of our returns policy or if you don't have proof of purchase, we're unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your invoice or order confirmation.

Do you have other locations across the UK?
No, all items are dispatched from our central warehouse. We do not have physical stores.
Can I find out when a product will be back in stock?
We don't have specific restock dates, but you can sign up for email notifications on product pages.
What should I do if my item has been delivered damaged?
Call 08000126777. Orders over £75.00 will require photos of the damage.
What are my options?
- Within 30 days: Replace or refund
- After 30 days: Replacement subject to inspection
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be amended once placed. You can refuse delivery or return items within 14 days (exceptions apply to custom and excluded items).
