Common Questions


You can track your online order here. Simply enter the 10-digit order number found on your confirmation email and either phone number, email address, or billing post code.

Once an order for delivery is placed, this cannot be cancelled. We advise you to refuse delivery and apologise for any inconvenience. For manufactured to order item cancellations, please inform us within 7 days of placing the order. Contact us by email Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 5pm, or call us on 08000126777.

We will notify you by email if we need to cancel your order. You will receive a cancellation and refund confirmation via email.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide back-in-stock dates. However, some items allow you to sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page.

We hope you're happy with your item(s), but if you need to return one, you can:

  • Request a return by emailing hello@theworkplacedepot.co.uk. Please include your order number.
  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Arrange your own return via any national courier to our warehouse.
  • Goods must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.

By original condition we mean:

  • Original packaging is intact and in good condition.
  • The product has not been used.

What can't be returned:

  • Purchases received over 30 days ago
  • Items opened or unsealed (unless to inspect)
  • Items without the original packaging
  • Items or packaging in poor condition
  • Products modified/made or cut to your own specifications

If you return products which are outside of our returns policy or if you don't have proof of purchase, we're unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your invoice or order confirmation.

All refunds go to the original payment method. Timings depend on the return method and payment type, but are usually within a 7-10 working day period after processing.

Your order may have been split into separate deliveries. Please check your delivery status via Track My Order or in ‘My Account'. If you are still unsure, please email hello@theworkplacedepot.co.uk.

No, all deliveries are to pavement level ground floor locations only.

Yes. All VAT invoices are delivered digitally to the same email address that completed the online order. If you have not received one, please email hello@theworkplacedepot.co.uk requesting a VAT invoice.

Do you have other locations across the UK?
No, all items are dispatched from our central warehouse. We do not have physical stores.

Can I find out when a product will be back in stock?
We don't have specific restock dates, but you can sign up for email notifications on product pages.

What should I do if my item has been delivered damaged?
Call 08000126777. Orders over £75.00 will require photos of the damage.

What are my options?

  • Within 30 days: Replace or refund
  • After 30 days: Replacement subject to inspection

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be amended once placed. You can refuse delivery or return items within 14 days (exceptions apply to custom and excluded items).

No. As of 1 January 2021, VAT refunds for exported goods are no longer allowed (as per VAT Notice 703).

No. Orders are zero-rated exports. The price reflects costs of cross-market operations.
