Frequent Questions


You can track your online order here. Simply enter the 10-digit order number found on your confirmation email and either phone number, email address, or billing post code.

Once an order for delivery is placed, this cannot be cancelled. We advise you to refuse delivery and apologise for any inconvenience.

For manufactured-to-order item cancellations, we ask that you inform us within 7 days of placing the order.

You can speak to one of our colleagues by email Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 5pm, or call us on 08000126777 during these times.

We will let you know by email if we need to cancel your order for any reason. You will receive a cancellation and refund confirmation via email.

We hope you're happy with your item(s), but if you need to return one, you can:

  • Request to return by emailing hello@theworkplacedepot.co.uk. Please advise us of your order number when doing so.
  • You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt.
  • Customers need to arrange their own return, we do not cover the cost of returns. You can use any courier to return items back to our warehouse.
  • The goods must be returned in the original condition with proof of purchase. We'll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained on this page.

By original condition we mean:

  • you’ve kept all original packaging and contents in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
  • you haven’t used the product.

What can't be returned:

These products can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as described.

  • Purchases received over 30 days ago
  • Items you’ve opened or unsealed, other than where necessary to inspect
  • Items without the original packaging
  • Items or packaging in poor condition
  • Products modified/manufactured to order

If you return products which are outside of our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we're unable to process a refund or exchange, so please keep your invoice or order confirmation.

All refunds go to the original payment method. Timings depend on the return method and payment type, but are usually within a 7-10 working day period after processing.

Your order may have been split into separate deliveries. Please check using ‘My Account’ or ‘Track My Order.’ If you are still unsure, please email hello@theworkplacedepot.co.uk.

No, all deliveries are to pavement level ground floor locations only.

Yes. All VAT invoices are delivered digitally to the same email address that completed the online order. If you have not received it, please email hello@theworkplacedepot.co.uk requesting a VAT invoice.

No, all items are dispatched from our central warehouse located in the East Midlands. We do not have stores.

We don’t have specific dates, but you can sign up for email back-in-stock notifications on product pages.

Please email us. We require photographs of all damaged items.

What are my options?

  • Within 30 days: replace or refund.
  • After 30 days: replacement based on inspection.

Orders cannot be amended once placed. You can refuse delivery or return items within 14 days (exceptions apply to custom and excluded items).

No. Since 1 January 2021, VAT refunds for exported goods are no longer allowed (per VAT Notice 703).

No. Orders are zero-rated exports. The price reflects costs of cross-market operations.
