The Workplace Depot is part of one of the UK's largest Industrial and Commerce companies, operating with a network of over 75 distributors and sourcing products from over 120 suppliers worldwide. We also manufacture a number of key products within the UK (see below). The Workplace Depot has 28 years of industry experience and offers a range of over 20,000 industrial and workplace related products both online and through our mail order catalogue.
Our headquarters are situated in Nottingham, ideally positioned logistically for deliveries anywhere within the UK (mainland).
We now manufacture a number of workplace products within the UK. Items such as warehouse safety steps and mobile access platforms - where high standards of safety are essential - by manufacturing them ourselves we can guarantee the highest levels of quality. We also believe that by manufacturing in the UK we are reducing unnecessary supply lines and supporting employment in UK engineering.
The Workplace depot distributor network currently spends in excess of £15 million each year with suppliers, which means that the purchasing power of the group is extremely substantial. Cheaper prices can in-turn be passed on to you, the consumer, which also allows us to price match on any item. Another huge advantage of having such a large distribution network is that it provides the foundations to analyse a large amount of statistics and lots of customer feedback. We always examine this feedback to improve on our range of products, our customer support and our service levels.
