  • For safety and comfort, we recommend that the shelving is assembled by two people
  • Sumo shelving is an industrial quality product, so we recommend that safety gloves and shoes are worn when assembling it
  • Boltless - nuts and bolts are not required - only a mallet, ideally a dead blow mallet, is needed for assembly
  • To ensure that beams are correctly positioned in the upright holes, it may be necessary to use force when hitting them with the mallet Quality
  • Shelving is suitable for hand loaded items only
  • For ease of handling, the chipboard decks are supplied in 2 pieces per level
  • Items should be uniformly distributed on the shelves to maximise the capacity of the shelving
  • Do not climb on the shelving
  • Ensure shelving is positioned on an even floor
