200kg Warehouse Standard Sack Truck
One only adds the descriptor “standard” to one’s moniker after decades of constant unfailing reliability and a zesty pursuit of customer satisfaction. We proudly offer you this, our warehouse standard sack truck, featuring tubular steel construction for durability, strength and virtue. Note, if you will, the plastic hand grips, not too flashy, just there to insure a safe grip. Competitors dangle sparkly tassels from flashy, glow in the dark grips, but not us. We believe that being the industry standard is good enough for us. Besides, what kind of work environment would require glow in the dark handles, that doesn’t sound too safe and neither do the tassels which could get caught in some big machine and the resulting accident could be gorily described in these pages. But this is the standard cart and the standard description.
Note that this particular combination of two simple machines, the wheel and the lever multiply the total work output as measured in force x distance = work by extending the distance and using the power of leverage to lessen the load.
1120 x 530, Footplate= 420 x 200, 200kg max load

What is the purpose of a 200kg warehouse standard sack truck?
When transporting heavy loads over short distances, it is recommended that the right equipment is used for the purpose. This not only increases the safety aspect of lifting heavy loads, but greatly reduces the need for sheer physical effort by literally ‘leveraging’ the laws of physics to get a job done with greater ease. This product achieves just that purpose. A warehouse standard sack truck allows heavy loads of up to 200kgs to be moved about easily and safely over even surfaces – such as from the loading point to the warehouse and back.
Where can a 200kg warehouse standard sack truck be used?
As the name itself indicates, this product can be used in warehouses for transporting goods from the loading point to the storage point and back. It can also be used in hotels, restaurants and other businesses where goods are regularly delivered or dispatched. In fact, because of its versatility it can be used anywhere there is a need to regularly move heavy loads, such as train stations or airports. There is practically no limitation to its use other than the fact that it requires a relatively even surface to move over – such as a plain or carpeted floor.
Who might use this product? The product can be used by anyone who needs to regularly transport loads of up to 200kgs over short distances. Its convenient size makes it easy to stow away when not required, and the robust design ensures maximum stability and strength that can support full loads of up to 200kgs with ease. The simple plastic grip ensures functional integrity while maintaining strict ergonomic standards. The product is ideal for large as well as small items because of the centre rear strap that prevents smaller parcels from falling out when being transported.
Specifications - warranties, materials, legislation
As the name indicates, this product can carry a maximum load of 200kgs. Its 530mm-wide body means that large items can be carried easily – without the risk of toppling over and being damaged. The product comes in a standard height of 1150mm and has a footplate depth of 200mm. The wheels are also 200mm in diameter and the rubber tyres provide adequate cushioning for impact absorption; in addition, protector plates between the wheels and the footplate ensure that the wheels don’t rub against larger items at the bottom of a load and possibly damage them or snag loose ends of ropes, twine, etc. The ergonomically designed plastic grip and the sloping handle also provide maximum grip and comfort.
Interesting facts about sack trucks
A sack truck is considered to be a first-class lever, where the fulcrum falls between the load and the point of effort. It differs from a second-class lever in that the latter has the load between the fulcrum and the point of effort – such as in a wheel-barrow. Third class levers have the point of effort between the load and the fulcrum: for example – chopsticks!
